If your under 13 you shouldnt date EVER. If you do date before you ask them out think ..."Do i see myself marrying this person?" Well do you ...If you dont you really you shouldnt go out ...Did you know more than 10,000 people commit suicide a year from heart break....out of that 5,586 teenagers commit suicide from heartbreak ...So ask your self some questions before you decide to date
